Job Summary:

Candidate should be a MBA/Other Graduates from a recognized university.

Graduation in any stream (10+2+3)

0-2 years of work experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Be assertive and able to address people in a large gathering.

Co-ordinate with leadership team for the induction sessions.

Good exposure to MS Office tools.

Time Management.

Quick learner & Ability to handle work pressure.

Good team player & Self motivator.

Flexible with shifts.

Exposure to PeopleSoft (Job/Comp & Ben–Pages) preferred.

Job Description:

Communicate as needed with the HRG, Managers and downstream teams for timely resolution of work.

Provide Root Cause Analysis and improvement plans for any misses/defect in adherence to SLA's.

Escalate issues in a timely manner to the SME/TL, so that necessary action can be taken to prevent SLA slippage. 

Job Responsibilities:

The scope of this responsibility covers India HR Administration activities.

Interact with support teams, Vendors and HRG's to resolve issues & inquiries.

Ensure on time processing of employee requests (Payroll Input, Awards, Letter Requests, Personal File Management, Employment Verification, Leave Requests).

Facilitate the pre and post on-boarding process: Induction.

Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries received from Employees/Managers/HRGs/COEs.

Tier 1 issues and inquiries resolution.

Escalation of issues that could not be resolved at Tier 1 to the SME/TL of the team.

Use the escalation Matrix to quickly and efficiently escalate issue.
