Job Description:
Application support in terms of business research and background information which is needed by end users\Business and meeting the support SLAs as agreed with end users Business.
Monitoring the application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures.
Using support tools and escalation mechanisms in case of application failures.
