Information Technology Group has two missions.
One is providing IT support for Hitachi group companies in India according to Hitachi HQ’s IT services and policies.
Another is supporting HIL IT infrastructure.
This job is for second mission, HIL IT support.
IT support and helpdesk.
Creating more effective IT operation and realize it, with discussing with IT support team.
In future, acting as system engineer or IT manager in HIL.
Documentation of HIL systems and operations, and
IT related coordination with Information Technology Division in Hitachi Japan HQ (in Japanese).
IT related coordination with Hitachi Asia IT center (in English).
