Converting passive candidates into active applicants for Convergys Jobs.

Schedule interviews and maintain accurate tracking through Applicant Tracking of the progress of each applicant.

Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.

Generate new employee packets to keep up with demand.

Accurate compilation of paperwork once applicant is offered job.

Provide input to hiring manager regarding hiring decisions.
