Important Information:

• Selection of the candidates who are currently in the final year (2012-13) of their Engineering degree course is provisional and is subject to their obtaining minimum 65 % marks in aggregate in case of General & OBC (NCL) category candidates and minimum 60 % marks in aggregate in case of SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates in their Graduate Engineering Degree and also subject to submission of Engineering Degree Certificate (at least Provisional Certificate) and mark sheets of all semesters/ years towards documentary proof of having passed the qualifying Engineering Degree examination in relevant discipline/ branch with minimum prescribed percentage of marks as indicated above by 31.08.2013.

• Selected candidates who are in the Final Year (2012-13) of their Engineering Degree Course and could not produce Final Year result details on the date of interview, should send scanned copy of their Engineering Degree Certificate (at least Provisional Certificate) and marksheets through e-mail to career@gail.co.in immediately on receipt of result from their respective Institutes/ Colleges/ University.

• Selected candidates who have given undertaking to submit various documents, i.e., latest OBC (NCL) certificate, SC/ ST certificate in prescribed format, marksheets, degree certificates etc. on the date of interview should immediately send scanned copy of the required documents through e-mail to career@gail.co.in

• The Offers of appointment are being issued shortly to the selected candidates separately through e-mail (e-mail ID indicated in the application form submitted at the time of interview) and also through post/ courier to the address indicated by the candidate in the application form submitted at the time of interview.
